Founding organisation offer
Reserve standard Soter V1 units with a $100NZD fully refundable deposit per unit.
Organisations that proceed with a 12-month subscription receive the deposit as a hardware credit plus up to $300NZD hardware discount per unit.
Based on the current $400NZD target hardware price, the expected additional hardware payment would be $0NZD.
Target subscription: $40NZD per unit per month.
Final product specifications, pricing, delivery, onboarding and subscription terms are confirmed before a final order. Bespoke development, integrations and white-labelling are separately scoped.
Your deposit is fully refundable before final-order confirmation.
Your organisational reservation
Organisational reservations are for Soter's standard commercial V1. They do not include bespoke development, integrations, or white-labelling unless separately agreed.
Example: 20 units = $2,000NZD refundable deposit today → $6,000NZD in founding hardware discounts at launch (with 12-month subscriptions), plus locked launch pricing and priority onboarding.
