Terms for reserving Soter before launch.

Reservation terms

1. The deposit is $100NZD per unit and is fully refundable at any time before you confirm a final order.
2. Your deposit is credited towards the final hardware price when you confirm a final order.
3. The half-price monthly subscription is applied to the first 12 months of subscription. We are expecting this to be $40NZD per month, so you would only pay $20NZD per month. If we offer a discount for an annual plan, the 50% discount will be applicable to that price too.
4. There is no fixed-term subscription commitment; you can cancel at any time.
5. Final specifications, pricing and delivery details will be confirmed before you are asked to place any final order.
6. No further payment is ever taken without your approval.
7. If Intermentis cannot offer a final order by 31 July 2027, reservation holders may choose to keep their reservation or receive a full refund.
8. Reservations are non-transferable.
